Construction project management for a renovation of a late 1800’s five-story shoe factory building that was renovated in 2006 in downtown Indianapolis, IN.Hotel upgrade including completing renovation of 92 guestrooms with new finishes, fixtures, equipment, and furniture as well as the renovation of all basement conference rooms, hallways, first-floor lobby, and dining area, and replacement of all exterior guestroom windows as approved by the local Historical Society.

BV managed major coordination required throughout the project with extremely limited staging area,being a downtown location along with keeping open guestrooms on floors that are being completed in phases along with adapting to unforeseen issues and providing solutions.
